The person who names all – or most – of the songs in a certain amount of time wins. Christmas Icebreaker Games for Teams. Gift Wrap Challenge. Provide gift wrap and rolls of ribbon. Divide the groups into teams of two. Each pair of players stands side by side with the hands next to each other tied together. Each team must wrap a package using only their untied hands.
Additionally, they must tie it with a bow. The winning team is the one that ties the package correctly first. Unwrap It Fast! You will need a Santa or elf hat, a pair of bulky gloves or oven mitts, one gift wrapped in multiple layers of paper, and one or two dice depending on how many people are playing. Set the wrapped prize in the center of the room with the hat and gloves next to it. Have players sit in a large circle. The first person rolls a die and if a six shows, they take a turn running to the center, putting on the hat and gloves, and start unwrapping the gift one layer at a time. The dice continue to be passed, until another six is thrown. When someone rolls another six, they run to the center, take the hat and gloves, and continue unwrapping the gift. The person who unwraps the last layer of paper gets to keep the prize. Christmas Balloon Burst. Divide the group into two teams, one with red balloons tied to their ankles, and one with green balloons. When team members hear, “Go!” they start popping the other team’s balloons. When a player’s balloons are popped, he or she is out of the game. The last team with one or more unpopped balloons wins. Reindeer Antlers. In this game, teams are given a paper bag with the following items: One unused pair of pantyhose, a five- inch hole cut in the tummy panel, and the feet cut off. Red ribbon. 14 small balloons. Set a timer for five minutes. One member of the team volunteers to be the reindeer. She slips the pantyhose on her head, with her face showing through the hole that has been cut in the tummy panel. The team blows the balloons up and slips them through the open end of the pantyhose until they resemble antlers. Use the ribbon to tie the legs of the panty hose closed and to decorate the antlers. The team that makes the best antlers within the five- minute time period wins. Wreath Hoops. Attach a hanging hoop to the ceiling – a large embroidery hoop from a discount store works well. Divide the group into pairs. Have a large basket with 3. Ping- Pong balls or make balls of paper. One person in each duo is blindfolded and their partner gives instructions on how to throw the balls through the hoop. Set a specific amount of time – 3. After the thirty seconds expires, count the number of balls the team has managed to get through the wreath. The winning team is the one who manages to throw the most papers through the hoop. Christmas Card Match. Before your party or Christmas get- together, gather old Holiday cards and cut each either in halves (for pairs) or fourths (for teams of four). Throw all the pieces into a basket, mix them up, and place the basket near the entrance. As people arrive, have them select a card piece from the basket and find the person (or people) with matching pieces. This is an excellent way to create small teams for other games or to seat people randomly at card tables for dinner. Christmas Dinner Table Games for Adults. Share a Favorite Holiday Memory. For example, if trauma was the trigger, hospitalization while the dog recovers from the impact of the trauma may be all that is required. On the other hand, antibiotics may be needed if a bacterial infection is at the root of the disease. Furthermore, when liver disease is caused by another medical condition such as cancer or anemia, these additional medical circumstances will need to be taken into account. In addition to certain medications, dietary adjustments and supplements can be very useful when attempting to treat canine liver disease. Dietary changes can include adjusting the amounts of proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, fats, and minerals that a dog ingests. This will then ensure that the canine patient is receiving the nutrition it needs and will also help to decrease the stress and workload of the liver. Furthermore, vitamin K can be helpful with respect to controlling bleeding disorders while vitamin E, as an antioxidant, helps to remove free radicals and to prevent continued oxidative damaged to the canine’s liver. Certain homeopathic remedies can also be very helpful when treating canine liver disease. The course of treatment required in a case of canine liver disease will depend upon the cause of the condition. For example, if trauma was the trigger. Statistics How common is acute Hepatitis B in the United States? In 2014, there were an estimated 19,200 new hepatitis B virus infection in the United States. “Hepatitis” means inflammation of the liver. Toxins, certain drugs, some diseases, heavy alcohol use, and bacterial and viral infections can all cause hepatitis. Natural herbs and substances such as burdock and greater celandine have properties that assist with the purification of blood, the stimulation of digestive enzymes, and the protection of the liver from toxic substances. Also, some such substances have anti- inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Milk thistle is another natural ingredient that is known to be very effective in cases of canine liver disease. This natural substance acts as an antioxidant like vitamin E, stimulates production of new livercells, and helps to prevent certain toxins from attaching to the liver. Thus, many natural substances and remedies can be very beneficial for dogs suffering from liver disease. Lactulose – Lactulose works in the large intestine to minimize the production of ammonia by bacteria. It does this by changing the p. H and converting ammonia to a form that is not readily absorbed into the bloodstream. It also stimulates normal colon bacteria to absorb ammonia, which is then passed in the feces. Finally, it stimulates the intestines so that ammonia passes through faster, which means there is less time for absorption. Antibiotics – These drugs are also administered, especially if mental depression is present. They minimize the bacteria count in the colon, thus reducing the amount of ammonia that is absorbedfrom the intestines into the bloodstream. They work well with lactulose to decrease the ammonia level. Dietary Modification – A diet that is restricted in protein may be beneficial because less ammonia is produced as a by- product of metabolism. This protein needs to be of high biological value, such as eggs and dairy products. Meat based proteins should be avoided since they can increase the chance of HE. Most of the caloric needs of a pet with PSS should be supplied with carbohydrates like rice and pasta. Higher fiber diets might also be helpful, as long as the dog or cat is not undernourished. They can act to minimize ammonia production and absorption in a manner that is similar to lactulose. Surgical – For many PSS cases surgery is the treatment of choice. The abnormal vessel that is shunting blood around the liver is identified and closed (ligated) to minimize blood flowing through it. When the abnormal blood vessel is ligated blood will now flow through the liver instead of around it. This is readily accomplished for solitary extrahepatic shunts. Intrahepatic shunts can be more difficultto identify and ligate. Post surgical monitoring is important. If the pressure within the liver becomes too high due to the increased blood flow through the liver then the ligation on the shunting vessel(s) must be reduced or removed. In some cases medical management must also be utilized to affect a cure. The final outcome of treatment depends on what age the PSS started, how long it has been present, and whether it is intrahepatic (worse prognosis) or extrahepatic in nature. Long Term Monitoring – Pets on long term medical care need to be monitored carefully. Body weight, albumin, and total protein are watched to ensure adequate protein in the diet. Initially, these tests should be performed monthly, then every 3 months. Symptoms, Signs, Treatment & Causes. What are risk factors for kidney and urinary tract infection (UTI)? There are many factors that may increase the chances for infection of the kidneys and urinary tract. Premenopausal women are at higher risk for developing UTI and kidney infection. Risk factors within this population include: Sexual intercourse (for women - - may increase the risk of urinary tract infection because of possible introduction of the bacteria around the urethra into the urinary system [a condition sometimes referred to as "honeymoon cystitis"])Previous urinary tract infection. Use of spermicides. History of mother with recurrent UTIs (which suggests a possible genetic component to susceptibility)Pregnancy. In fact, some pregnant women may have urinary infections during their pregnancy. This may occur because of slower transit of urine in the ureters during pregnancy from the pressure applied by the enlarging uterus. In post- menopausal women, physiological factors (vaginal dryness, urinary incontinence, urinary retention, and prolapse of the pelvic organs) seem to add potential risk to develop UTIs and kidney infections. In men, prostate enlargement is the main risk factor for UTI and kidney infection. Urinary catheters (Foley catheters) also increase the risk of developing urinary and kidney infections. These catheters are used in settings where an individual may not be able to urinate due to paralysis (neurogenic bladder), prostate enlargement (BPH), prostate cancer, severe illness, bed bound state, incontinence of urine (inability to hold their urine), or bladder dysfunction. Urinary catheters simply provide a physical vehicle for the bacteria from outside to be directly transported into the bladder and the urinary system. Kidney stones and structural abnormalities of the urinary system may also cause kidney infection. Impaired draining and blockage of urine (urinary retention) may cause bacteria to ascend to the kidney without being washed back down with the urine. Any obstruction to the flow of urine can serve as a focus of infection that can spread to other parts of the urinary tract. Urinary stents placed in ureters to relieve obstruction due to stones or tumors are also a potential risk for kidney infection. As matter of fact, any instrumentation or procedure of the urinary system (stenting, cystoscopy, biopsy, and transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) can pose a risk for infection of the urinary tract. Diabetes may also increase the risk of kidney infection in both men and women. Other conditions or medications that suppress immune function increase the risk of kidney infection. In children, risk factors for kidney infection include female gender, uncircumcised male, structural abnormalities of the urinary tract, and Caucasian race (four times higher than African American). Any medical information published on this website is not intended as a substitute for informed medical advice and you should not take any action before consulting with a healthcare professional. More about Diarrhea - Diarrhea. Diarrhea occurs when too much fluid is passed along with the stool during a bowel movement. Normally, fluids in the digestive tract are reabsorbed through the intestinal walls, so that fecal matter solidifies as it travels through the digestive tract. If something interferes with the effectiveness of this process, you’ll pass excess fluid as you defecate. It’s important to distinguish between two basic types of diarrhea. Non- inflammatory diarrhea is characterized by unformed, watery, and frequent bowel movements, often accompanied by abdominal cramps, gas, and nausea. This type of diarrhea is common, and an acute bout that is mild to moderate is often unpleasant and inconvenient (though it can be serious, particularly for children and the elderly, because of the risk of dehydration). Diarrhea is loose, watery stools. A person with diarrhea typically passes stool more than three times a day. People with diarrhea may pass more than a quart of stool. There are a few things you can do to help slow down diarrhea, like eating probiotics and starches. Diarrhea, Natural Diarrhea Remedies, Treatment of Diarrhea, Causes of Diarrhea, Travelers Diarrhea, Infant Diarrhea, Diarrhea in Children, Diarrhea Remedies.
Inflammatory diarrhea is another matter. This is signaled by small stools, blood and/or pus in the stool, fever, and abdominal pain. These symptoms are indicative of a more serious bowel disease and should not be self- treated with an anti- diarrheal remedy or any other over- the- counter product. Anyone with these symptoms needs to be diagnosed by a physician before beginning treatment. Symptoms of Diarrhea. A change in bowel habits with unformed, watery and/or frequent bowel movements. Loss of appetite. Abdominal pain and cramping. Fever. Excessive gas. Weight loss. Weakness. Dehydration. Nausea. What Causes Diarrhea? Simple non- inflammatory diarrhea has many causes. The leading cause is bacterial or viral infection from ingesting contaminated food or water. In addition, specific types of diarrhea can occur after taking antibiotics as well as from excessive use of certain over- the- counter antacids that contain magnesium. People with lactose intolerance (who have trouble digesting milk products) may also suffer from recurrent diarrhea if they eat dairy products. Diarrhea may also be triggered by emotional stress. Chronic diarrhea that persists for days or weeks can result from an excessive use of laxatives. Another cause of persistent diarrhea, often alternating with bouts of constipation, is called irritable bowel syndrome. In these cases, or whenever diarrhea lasts for more than 4. What If You Do Nothing? Fortunately, simple diarrhea is usually self- limiting—it gets better without treatment in a day or two as long as you drink plenty of fluids. However, diarrhea can have serious consequences when it causes dehydration. Diarrhea in Children. Only illnesses such as colds occur more frequently during childhood than diarrhea. Often a child will develop diarrhea at the same time as, or immediately following, the start of an infection of the upper respiratory tract. Most diarrheas are short- term and usually run their course and improve without medication. Home treatment of children with short- term diarrhea is usually successful in a few days; severe cases may require a week or more until all signs and symptoms disappear. For many mild cases of diarrhea, effective home treatment is usually sufficient to comfort your child. However, children require or can benefit from certain measures that aren’t necessary for adults. Drinking Guidelines. Make sure the child drinks plenty of fluids. Fluids are most important, even if no solid food is eaten during the several days of an episode. As the frequency of stools increases, so does the need for fluids to keep up with losses. When a child is having frequent stools, a liquids- only diet is recommended. Once diarrhea begins to diminish, soft solid foods may be introduced, followed eventually by a normal diet. Simple, clear liquids are most helpful. However, liquids like apple juice, cola drinks, and sports drinks contain too much sugar, which can exacerbate a child’s diarrhea. Plain water doesn’t replace lost minerals. Therefore, in infants and children up to 1. Infalyte, Naturalyte, Pedialyte and Rehydrate. These products contain the right amount of fluid, salts, and carbohydrates to prevent dehydration. Children older than 1. Decaffeinated flat (defizzed) soda such as ginger ale,tea with sugar or diluted fruit- flavored gelatin are other acceptable choices. Infant Feeding. For babies who are breast- feeding, continue regular feedings. Although breast milk contains lactose, it doesn’t appear to worsen diarrhea; some substance in the milk may actually enhance the digestion of lactose. For infants on baby milk formula, diluted versions of the formula they are taking is satisfactory. Sipping Guidelines. Here is a suggested drinking schedule indicating the minimum amounts of fluid a child should consume. If a child balks at drinking, encourage the child to take small sips. Sucking on ice chips or licking ice that has been frozen in a paper cup may be a welcome variation.). Infants: 2 ounces every hour (1. Preschool children: 4 ounces every hour (2. School- age children: 5 ounces every hour (3. Follow the Regular Diet. If diarrhea occurs no more than twice in 2. Contact your physician if stools are still loose after 3. Diarrhea | Ask Dr Sears. You are playing happily with your baby when you suddenly detect a rather unpleasant odor emanating from the diaper area. When you open up the diaper to change it, instead of the usual soft yellow stool, you find a greenish- brown, runny, foul- smelling mess that’s all over both baby and his clothes. Sound fun? Not when it keeps happening multiple times that day! There are many causes of loose stools, most of which are not serious. Most diarrhea illnesses are more of a nuisance than a medical problem and clear up easily with extra fluids and minor changes in the diet. The main concern with diarrhea is dehydration. Your baby’s body contains just the right balance of salts (called electrolytes) and water. Healthy intestines and kidneys regulate this balance, causing the body to lose water and electrolytes, or dehydrate. Add vomiting and you further increase the risk of dehydration. Here are some guidelines to help you know when to worry and what to do. WHAT IS DIARRHEA? There are two components to the definition of diarrhea: Frequency – It is normal for an infant to have stools up to 1. The frequency will slow down as baby gets older, but even some toddlers and preschoolers still go several times a day. An increase in frequency of one- and- a- half or two times your child’s normal pattern is considered abnormal. Consistency – Again, it’s important to know what your child’s stools usually look like. If the stools become looser, watery, mucusy, green, or runnier than usual, this is considered a significant change. WHAT DIARRHEA IS NOTNewborns often stool 8 – 1. They also may have several stools each day that are runnier and more mucusy than usual. These are all normal variations and are not a cause for concern. Infants may occasionally have one or several stools that are much more loose and foul smelling than usual. This is probably due to a variation in diet or may be for no reason at all. It is not a cause for concern. Some infants may have persistent loose, runny stools that never seem to firm up into a normal stool. This can go on for one or two weeks. As long as your child is thriving, not acting sick, and your pediatrician reassures you that your child is well, then there is little reason for concern. TOP FOUR CAUSES OF DIARRHEAIntestinal Infections – Most of these are not serious, not treatable, and will resolve on their own with time: Rotavirus – One of the most common causes of diarrhea, especially during late fall and winter months. It causes very foul smelling, watery, green or brown diarrhea that can persist for weeks. Fever and vomiting are common at the onset of the illness. Other viruses – There are a variety of these, none of which are serious. Bacteria – These include E. Coli, Salmonella, and several others. Vomiting and fever may be present at the onset. Blood in the diarrhea is a common finding with bacterial infections. Even these infections rarely require antibiotic treatment. Parasites – There are a variety of these. They are usually caught from contaminated water (e. Giardia) or during travel to foreign countries. The telltale sign of a parasite is very watery diarrhea that lasts beyond two weeks. CONTAGIOUS – These are all generally contagious as long as the diarrhea continues. Food Intolerance or Sensitivity – your child may simply be eating something that is difficult for his intestines to digest. These foods vary from person to person. Lactose intolerance – This is the most common example of food intolerance. Symptoms include gassy pain, stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea after eating dairy products (which contain the sugar, lactose). Sugar or chemical additives and coloring – These have been known to upset some little ones’ intestines. Food Allergy – There are many signs of food allergies, and mucusy, sometimes bloody, diarrhea is one of them. It is different from food intolerance in that the allergic symptoms affect several parts of the body – intestines, skin, respiratory. Milk protein allergy – This is an example of one of the most common food allergies. Your child may start to develop diarrhea, rash on the face, body, and diaper area, runny nose, cough, or wheezing. In this case, the child is allergic to the protein in dairy products, where as with the dairy intolerance above, his intestines have a difficult time digesting the milk sugar, lactose. Normal Intestinal Variations – As discussed above, your child may simply be going through a normal phase of loose stools. It may be related to a change in diet, but doesn’t always mean there is an allergy or intolerance. SIX STEPS FOR MANAGING DIARRHEADetermine the cause. Look over the above causes to help you decide what might be causing it. If the diarrhea is accompanied by fever and maybe vomiting, then it is probably an intestinal viral or bacterial infection. If you have just started your one- year- old on milk, then it is probably milk allergy or intolerance. Shop for pink ladies jacket grease online at Target. Scavenger Hunt Clues - How to Write Scavenger Hunts. How to Write Fun and Challenging Scavenger Hunt Clues. Writing your own scavenger hunt clues can be a lot of fun, especially when you vary the types of clues you create throughout the hunt. These tips and ideas are adaptable for any... Scavenger Hunt Clues Using Pictures. A. Take a picture of the location of a hidden clue. Give a young child a photograph of the mailbox their next clue is hidden in or, as in the sample below, a picture of an entire clock. For a teen or adult hunt try photographing a small portion of a hidden clue's location to increase the difficulty (eg. If the next clue is hidden behind a clock in the livingroom, photograph a portion of the clock or even just one of the numbers on the clock). Use this idea in a hunt that moves from clue to clue or create a list of pictures whose locations need to be found within a certain time period. B. Cut up the picture of a hidden location into 3- 4 pieces for a young child, 8- 1. Put the pieces in an envelope or scatter them in a designated area. Players have to assemble the pieces to find the location of their next clue. You can photograph the location yourself or use any graphic that depicts the hiding location (eg. Before cutting up the picture, be sure to write the location of the next clue on the back or front of that picture. Scavenger Hunt Clues Using Puzzles. A. Rebus puzzles are a fun way to create scavenger hunt clues. For example, a picture of an apple minus the picture of an ape plus a picture of an ant equals a hidden clue location in or around a plant (Apple - ape = PL + ant = PLANT). Rebus clues can be made as difficult or as easy as you wish. Especially for children, it is a good idea to leave dashes below the puzzle indicating the length of the word the clue is pointing to. A fun variation is to create a rebus rhyme clue. A sample clue would be.. Your next clue is hidden in an area that rhymes with,,," followed by a picture of a hat, a cup of tea, and the letter "O". Hat- tea- O rhymes with PATIO, meaning the next clues is hidden on the patio somewhere. B. Writing secret codes is another way to generate clues. Using numbers in place of letters is an easy way to create the code (eg. Using the number code 2- 1- 2. BATHROOM, so once deciphered, hunters would know to look for their next clue in the bathroom. For children, it's best to include the code needed to decipher the clue along with the clue. For adults, it's fun to sometimes the leave the code out, provided the clue is long enough to form a pattern that makes it possible to deduce the code. A variation for an adult clue would be to use the numbers on a telephone. Since each number coincides with three different letters, the code becomes more challenging. The code clue for COMPUTER using a telephone would be 2- 6- 6- 7- 8- 8- 3- 7. Be sure to note on the clue that hunters will need to use a telephone to decipher the clue. C. Wordsearch clues involve making a small word search puzzle. These are easy to design on graph paper. If you are creating a clue for stove, write the letters for the word stove in succession in your squares. If making a clue for a child create a word search 5 by 5. STOVE will fill 5 of the squares, leaving 2. Fill the other squares with the letters of a word that shares no letters in common with STOVE (eg. RUG). In this case all extra squares would be filled in random order with R's, U's and G's. The clue would read.. Cross off all of the letters found in the word RUG. The remaining letters will spell the location of your next clue." See sample below for a 6 by 6 wordsearch clue for FENCE. For a teen or adult clue you may want to use a harder hiding location and create a larger box. You may also want to scramble the letters for the clue within the puzzle rather than entering them in succession. Scavenger Hunt Clues Using Rhymes. Not everyone can write a rhyme clue quickly or easily, but having a look through some Dr. Seuss or nursery rhyme books can inspire you and give you the feel for writing a rhyme clue. If you still find it hard, try and use part of a nursery rhyme to start your clue. For example, "One, two, buckle my shoe" might inspire you to write a clue like.. One, two, find my shoe. My yellow sneaker holds a clue." If you're great at writing rhymes, the sky's the limit. Scavenger Hunt Clues Using Letters. A. Add extra letters to camoflage a hidden clue location. For a child you may take a hiding location like GARAGE and add all kinds of X's to hide the word GARAGE (eg. XXXGXXAXRXXXAXGXXXEEEEE). The clue would read.. Cross off all of the X's and circle the remaining letters to find the location of your next clue.". For teens or adults you may want to scramble the letters if using this same clue. A variation of this idea for teen and adults would be to write a sentence with the clue location hidden in an unexpected sequence of letters. For example SOFA could be hidden without the underlining in a sentence like.. Predator and Problem Identification and Solutions. What Happened? David Rosenberg"This is where the power and influence still reside, and nothing is going to stop the inevitability that nearly two million of this critical demographic group will be turning 7. And they are very likely to make it to 8. This has crucial implications for the financial markets because it is when you turn 7. Rick Rieder"This crisis has under- appreciated negative side effects for the US economy as a whole. Most significantly, student loans are making it harder for first- time home buyers to afford their own home, with more than 7. National Association of Realtors. As a result, the homeownership rate in the US has fallen each of the last six years despite a solid economic recovery, according to the US Census Bureau, with the biggest impact coming from the 2. The student loan burden is not just curtailing young adults’ home buying; it is weakening their consumption in general, posing a major headwind to US economic growth. In addition to the direct economic impact, the student loan crisis could also worsen the class divide. Home ownership levels at age 3. The bottomline: This crisis is likely to be a major drag on the US economy for years to come if it remains unaddressed, and an elegant fiscal- policy solution is needed, the sooner the better."Gary Shilling"Since the economic expansion started in mid- 2. I believe this gap will close due to confidence declining to join consumer spending, which will probably continue to be muted by political turmoil, flat- to- declining real consumer incomes, higher saving by postwar babies, cautious senior citizens, limited real wealth effect on spending, deflationary expectations, the exhausted auto boom and reduced impulse buying as consumers continue to shift from in- store to online sales."Mohamed El- Erian"For some, this chart illustrates the large inconsistency between the bond and stock markets. For me, it highlights a massive and broad- based 'liquidity trade' — one that has decoupled asset prices from fundamentals, fueling and fueled by high risk taking comforted by the (risky) notion that central banks will remains markets' BFF."Michelle Meyer"In reverse, with the unemployment rate now below NAIRU, core inflation is failing to show much acceleration. This is indicative of a very flat Phillips Curve. From the Fed’s point of view, it should allow them to tolerate a continued decline in the unemployment rate without having to worry about an upside surprise in inflation."Peter Hooper"If real GDP continues growing at a moderate 2% rate, labor- force participation resumes its secular downtrend during 2. When unemployment last fell to the mid- 3s, (in the mid- 1. Joseph Quinlan"The global proliferation of the internet will not only boost global demand across many sectors but also accelerate the push toward new technological frontiers. Both dynamics are bullish for US technology leaders and emerging tech giants in China."Tom Porcelli"Those in the middle of the argument (the overwhelming majority) have acknowledged that inflation has softened with the caveat that (for CPI in particular) there were some important quirks in the data (wireless telephone services dragged the core CPI y/y rate down by a rather significant - 0. April!). They also weigh these rearview mirror inflation reads against the potential for an upturn in inflation as suggested by the sharp decline in the unemployment rate. This is the classic Phillips curve argument. Some of the more dovish members have come out and questioned the validity of the Phillips curve. Fed Governor Lael] Brainard earlier this week is a great example. She said: 'I am not confident we can count on the Phillips curve to restore inflation to target in today's economy.' We know from the historical record that the relationship between the unemployment rate and inflation is extremely spotty at best and non- existent at worst over a long horizon. But the fact that it seems to work sometimes over short periods of time is enough for some of the true believers. We would lump the majority of Fed members into this group — as evidenced by their recent rhetoric. Indeed, over a short- term horizon (3. CPI and the unemployment rate have seen a relatively strong negative relationship more recently (the violent swing in energy in recent years makes looking at headline CPI useless).."Sam Bullard"More Treasury securities come due in 2.
